The facilitiy contains 22 acres of useable pasture, divided into 4 lots. A 12 acre large pasture for general population, a 6 acre lot for pasture rotation, and 2 seperate 2 acre lots for seperation or quarentine at the boarders disposal. Each pasture and track includes salt and mineral blocks, run in shelters and water troughs checked daily. We have plenty of trailor parking as well as enough space to turn a semi around.
There are three barns on the property, all equiped with tack room and stoarage areas and each have run in shelters attached for easy catching. One barn is equiped with two stalls that can be used by any boarder at anytime for any reason, as well as indoor hay storage.
Horses on pasture have the option of using our grain, fed once daily, or can be tailored to add supplements the boarder desires. Boarders can provide their own feeding regiment to be carried out by the facility as well. Horses can be fed at anytime the boarder desires, and horses are fed individually to ensure they get their full feeding as well as a once-over to check for any health problems. Round bales are provided in the winter months and square bales are provided all year round. We also provide a rotational wormer for all horses on property.
We are directly across from the WWU Cross Country Course, although riding on the course is dependant on permission of WWU (please see the special note to the left). There is also a 60' and 40' round pen on the property at boarders disposal, and plenty of areas to ride.
Facility has acess to bathroom and washer and dryer, as well as an indoor tack room attached to the barn office. The office is open to all boarders year round, with an internet connection and sleeper sofa in case of emergencies where the boarder wishes to stay on property.
Farrier is prescheduled for every eight weeks and boarders horses can be done at that time or they are welcome to use their own farrier. Vet services are  also a phone call away. Farrier and Vet visits are at the boarders expense.
